An Air Force unit of the Chinese PLA recently launched its inaugural flight training drill of the year 2026.
空军某部新年度首场飞行训练全面启动。
Breaking away from traditional individual fighter jet training, this drill adopted complex battlefield scenario, featuring back-to-back, scriptless and no-preset-procedure training mode.
此次训练打破传统单机型训练模式，全程嵌入复杂战场环境，采取“背靠背” 对抗方式，不预设脚本、不固定流程。
Aiming to assess the troops' integrated joint operations capabilities, the drill incorporated subjects such as target reconnaissance, coordinated penetration, and joint strikes.
此次训练融合目标侦察、协同突防、联合打击等多课目,以检验该部体系作战能力。
Facing unexpected situations such as sudden electromagnetic interference and unexpected target maneuver, all the aircrews coordinated seamlessly, sharpening their combat tactics by quickly switching between offense and defense.
面对突发的电磁干扰、目标异动等特情，各机组密切配合，在攻防转换中磨练协同战法。
