BEIRUT, Jan. 14 -- On January 11, local time, the 24th Chinese Peacekeeping Level 1+ Hospital to the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) successfully performed a craniocerebral trauma surgery on an injured Danish military observer.

The Danish military observer, who was on patrol that day, suffered an impact on his head while driving a vehicle, causing a wound about eight centimeters long and one centimeter deep on his skull, accompanied by significant bleeding. The wounded military observer immediately came to the Chinese Peacekeeping Level 1+ Hospital to the UNIFIL for treatment and care. After nearly an hour of careful surgery, his wound was completely sutured and the injury was effectively dressed.
