北京，5月20日电 --5月13日，山东省交通战备办公室、北部战区海军某部、山东省青岛市某承担国防运输任务的企业三方共同签订《国防运输战略合作协议》。这是该省交通战备办公室协调军地双方依法保障国防运输的具体办法。
