蒋斌：第十三届北京香山论坛将于明天正式开幕，各项准备工作已经就绪，各国代表已陆续抵达北京。本次论坛共有近100个国家、地区和国际组织官方代表团，以及国内外专家学者参会，其中包括60余位部级和军队总长级以上代表。参会人员地区覆盖面广、代表性强，体现了论坛一贯的开放包容价值理念。在金秋九月的美好季节和北京香山论坛创立20周年之际，我们热烈欢迎国内外嘉宾的到来，凝聚稳定共识，同促安全治理，为变乱交织的世界带来更多和平与希望。
Jiang Bin: The 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum will open tomorrow and all its preparations are in place. Representatives from different countries are arriving in Beijing. This year, official delegations from nearly 100 countries, regions and international organizations will participate in the forum, including over 60 ministerial representatives, military chiefs, and experts and scholars. The wide coverage and representation speaks to the spirit of openness and inclusiveness championed by the forum. In this golden September, as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the forum, we welcome the participation of all guests, domestic and abroad, to “build consensus on stability and advance security governance together”, and bring greater peace and hope to today’s volatile world.
