第四期化学武器医学援助与防护培训班将在空军军医大学举办
The 4th Training Course on Medical Aspects of Assistance and Protection against Chemical Weapons to be Held at PLA Air Force Medical University
9月14日下午，国防部新闻发言人蒋斌大校就近期涉军问题发布消息。
蒋斌：9月14日至18日，中国政府与国际禁止化学武器组织将在空军军医大学，联合举办第四期化学武器医学援助与防护培训班。来自阿尔及利亚、奥地利、阿根廷等近20个缔约国的28名学员参加培训，重点围绕“化学武器中毒的诊断”“化学伤员的救治”“防化医学救援的组织”等议题，开展桌面推演、实操演练和研讨交流。本次培训旨在践行《禁止化学武器公约》宗旨，推动缔约国防化医学能力建设，在禁化武履约领域落实全球安全倡议，为服务构建人类命运共同体贡献积极力量。
Jiang Bin: The Chinese government and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) will co-host the 4th training course on medical aspects of assistance and protection against chemical weapons at PLA Air Force Medical University from September 14 to 18. 28 trainees from about 20 States Parties including Algeria, Austria and Argentina will take part in the course. The course will focus on the diagnosis of chemical weapon poisoning, the treatment of chemical casualties and the organization for medical rescue in chemical defense in the form of table-top exercises, field exercises and seminars. The purpose of the course is to follow the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), boost States Parties’capabilities in chemical-defense medicine, implement the Global Security Initiative in fields related to CWC and make contributions to building a community with a shared future for humanity.
