拉赫蒙说，近年来塔中两国政治、经济、人文、安全和军事领域合作务实深入。塔方祝贺中国共产党成立100周年，对中国取得的巨大成就感到由衷高兴，希望继续加强塔中各领域友好合作。塔方衷心感谢中方在军事安全领域对塔的支持援助，愿与中方一道，共同打击“三股势力”，携手应对阿富汗局势新变化。
Rahmon said that in recent years, Tajikistan and China have seen the pragmatic and in-depth cooperation in political, economic, cultural, security and military fields.
