In a series of activities including the "Peace Unity-2024" joint exercise between the militaries of China and Tanzania, China-Russia "Exercise Joint Sea-2024" joint maritime exercise, China-Vietnam "Cooperation-2024" joint counter-terrorism training and the Mission Harmony-2024 by the Chinese naval hospital ship Peace Ark, the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) has attracted the world's attention through more frequent appearance on the international stage in recent days.
中坦“和平团结-2024”联合演习、中俄“海上联合-2024”联合演习 、中越“合作-2024”联合反恐训练、中国海军“和平方舟”号医院船执行“和谐使命-2024”任务……最近，解放军频频亮相国际舞台，吸引了全世界的目光。
Cooperation and exchanges with foreign militaries are not only parts of routine military diplomatic arrangements, but also the specific manifestation of the international responsibilities taken by the Chinese military. However, these normal communication activities have incurred worries of some people who always make groundless speculations about China's intentions of foreign cooperation, maliciously connect them to international or regional situations, deliberately misinterpret these joint exercises and exchange activities, and attempt to label them as the so-called threats. The Chinese military always brings friendship, peace, development and win-win results to the other sides through foreign exchanges. Throughout history, the Chinese military has never invaded other countries or interfered in their internal affairs. In contrast to certain countries and military organizations that constantly impose explicit military threats, the joint military exercises and training conducted by the Chinese military are in full compliance with relevant international laws and practices and are never targeted at specific sides.
与各国军队开展合作交流，是中国军队承担国际责任的具体体现，也是常规性军事外交安排。然而，这些再正常不过的交流活动，却让某些人“忧心忡忡”。他们总是胡乱揣测中国对外合作的意图，恶意关联国际或地区局势，对联演和交流活动刻意曲解，并试图给中国军队的活动打上“威胁”的标签。中国军队的对外交流，带去的从来都是友谊与和平、发展与共赢。翻翻历史就知道，中国军队从没有对外侵略和干涉他国内政的行为。与某些国家军事组织动辄进行赤裸裸的军事威胁不同，中国军队的联演联训完全符合相关国际法和国际实践，从不针对任何特定目标。
From participating in peace and security forums and undertaking overseas military missions such as peacekeeping, escort and disaster relief, to conducting regular joint exercises, the Chinese military's foreign exchanges have always been guided by the concept of serving the building of a community with a shared future for mankind. Its ultimate goal is to make positive contributions to world peace and security. Recently, after the Chinese naval hospital ship Peace Ark visited Tanzania, the Tanzanian Daily News spoke highly of the China-Tanzania friendship as a true friendship standing out in difficult times. The "Peace Unity-2024" joint exercise is seen locally as a symbol of the enduring friendship and cooperation between China and African countries, demonstrating the positive attitude of the Chinese military to jointly address security challenges and promote world peace through dialogue and cooperation.
无论是参与和平安全论坛，执行维和、护航、救灾等海外军事任务，还是常态化开展中外联合演习，中国军队的对外交流始终秉承着服务于构建人类命运共同体的理念,其最终目标就是为维护世界和平安宁作出积极贡献。近日，“和平方舟”号医院船到访坦桑尼亚后，该国《每日新闻》日报网站高度评价了“中坦患难见真情的友谊”；在“和平团结-2024”联合演习中，当地舆论也普遍认为，这是中国与非洲国家长期友好合作的缩影，展现了中国军队通过对话与合作，共同应对安全挑战、促进世界和平的积极态度。

Facts speak louder than words. By taking concrete actions to safeguard peace, spread friendship and sow hope, the Chinese military has shown the world the responsibility and commitment of a military of a major country and made the world feel the presence of China as a force for peace and friendship.
事实最具说服力，中国军队以实际行动捍卫和平、传递友谊、播撒希望，让世界看到了大国军队的责任与担当，让世人真切感受到了中国这股和平、友好力量的存在。
Setting out for world peace has increasingly become a distinctive feature of the Chinese military. The Chinese military will continue to go international with a more open and sincere attitude and strengthen foreign exchanges and cooperation, despite any disturbance by certain people's sarcasm and allegations. The Chinese military will continue to faithfully implement the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind, actively fulfill their international responsibilities, and take concrete actions to bring valuable certainty and stability to a turbulent world, so as to inject more confidence and positive energy into safeguarding global peace and development.
为和平出征，愈发成为中国军队的鲜明标识。中国军队将持之以恒，以更加开放坦诚的姿态走向国际，加强对外交流与合作，不会因某些人的“阴阳怪气”而受到干扰。中国军队将继续忠实践行人类命运共同体理念，积极履行国际责任和义务，以实际行动为变乱交织的世界带来可贵的确定性和稳定性，为维护世界和平与发展注入更多信心与正能量。
